The location was great! earls court tube station is just a short walk away. the staff are helpful and friendly, really making you feel welcome. our room included tea and coffee facilities with biscuits provided. A lovely touch. i found the breakfast to have plenty of tasty options, ensuring a great start to the day!

I found the hotel on a quiet street just a short walk from the main street. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores were nearby. earls court metro station was also conveniently close. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. the location was convenient.
it did affect sleep a little. the bathroom looked somewhat aged and felt quite small. A shelf for toiletries would have been useful.

shower temperature
It barely fit my luggage. the breakfast was quite basic. i also noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom. The shower temperature was hard to adjust, and it was quite annoying to say the least. the grout had some mold? maybe it just needed a scrub.
